No. You answer our guided Copy Clarity Interview, designed to draw out what makes your work unique, and we turn your answers into copy for every page using our proven copy system. Every page is reviewed and refined by our team, then by you, before we build.

You complete your intake forms, review the copy we create for you, and make your branding selections. Then your site is built and ready to launch within 5 business days of your build date. The sooner you finish those steps, the sooner you launch

Yes. Your site is built with Elementor’s drag-and-drop editor, so you can update text and images without touching code. You also get lifetime access to TrueSpark Academy, our growing library of website tutorials and business trainings, including sessions from guest experts.

Your site is built on WordPress, the most widely used website platform, with the Elementor Pro page builder, so it’s easy to update and can grow with you. We host it on our premium WordPress hosting.

Every site is built with SEO foundations, including page titles, descriptions, clean structure, and mobile-friendly pages. No one can promise rankings, but your site starts with the setup search engines and AI tools look for.

We build every site with privacy and professional standards in mind. Your contact forms include a note asking visitors not to share personal health information, and we recommend keeping client intake and health records in a secure platform built for that (like Jane or SimplePractice) rather than on your website. Your college or board sets the rules for how you can market your practice, including testimonials and health claims, so you review and approve every word before we build. If you choose not to include testimonials, that section simply won’t appear.

Yes. Your new site is built fresh, with new copy and our proven structure, then launched on your existing domain. We follow best practices to help protect any search visibility you’ve already built.

Yes. Your website, copy, design, and branding are yours, as outlined in your project agreement.

No. Your website is a one-time project, not a subscription. Before we start, you sign a project agreement that covers your build, timeline, and guarantee. Your project includes 30 days of website care (hosting and maintenance). After that, you can choose to continue with a monthly Website Care Plan, with no long-term commitment, no cancellation fees, and no setup fees. If you’d rather manage your site yourself, we’ll give you a tutorial that walks you through it. 

Yes. You can pay in up to 4 payments. To reserve your spot, you pay a deposit and sign your project agreement. You’re billed in your own currency, Canadian or US dollars, so you never have to think about exchange rates.

You get 30 days of complimentary website care and support, lifetime access to TrueSpark Academy, and our referral program. After 30 days, you choose what works for you: a Website Care Plan where we handle hosting and maintenance, hosting only where you handle updates with our tutorials, or moving your site to a host of your choice. 

Yes. Our 100% money-back guarantee starts on your launch date. If you’re not happy within 30 days, tell us what isn’t working and we’ll do our best to make it right. If we still can’t, we’ll refund what you paid, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, and take the website down.
