Monitoring, Security & Spam Protection
We run regular security scans, use tools that alert us to suspicious login activity, and step in quickly, blocking repeat bad actors ourselves, not just relying on software. Spam protection is built into every form, plus comment moderation on any site that allows them.

If you choose to continue with our TrueSpark Care Plan, there’s nothing else to do, no forms, no setup needed. Just continuous hosting and protection without interruption.

Stay on our hosting while you handle your own routine maintenance to keep your site secure:

FAQs
Are there cancellation fees?
No. The Care Plan is billed monthly with no long-term commitment. If you ever need to pause or cancel, your site stays covered through the period you’ve already paid for.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees for any option.
Can I switch between options later?
Yes, you can move between the Care Plan and Hosting Only at the end of your current term. Just reach out and we’ll get the switch scheduled.
What if I have significant technical issues, like a hack or malware?
Major issues requiring significant time or outside contractors are addressed separately and may involve additional charges, with approval from you first. If smaller issues arise because of our maintenance work, we’ll fix them at no extra charge. If they’re unrelated, quick fixes are still included, but anything more involved will be flagged for your approval before any additional charges apply.
What about smaller issues, like something breaking after an update?
If an issue is caused by our maintenance work, we’ll fix it at no extra charge. For other issues outside of routine maintenance, quick fixes are included, but anything more involved will be flagged for your approval before any additional charges apply.
What if I only need occasional support, not the full Care Plan?
Occasional support is available at our standard hourly rate. Care Plan clients get a reduced rate on any support beyond what’s included.
